The withdrawal methods which are currently available in elance are:

Paypal

Paypal is the withdrawal method that is being used the most internationally. But paypal allow only limited countries to signup. It doesn’t allow all countries and problem occurs for those who can’t signup on paypal.com but a very good, reliable and cheap alternative is still present for such international users (see below).

Bankwire

Bankwire withdrawal method is suitable for US citizens only otherwise it is too costly for international users. Elance charges 25 dollars for international wire transfers. Therefore, International users should not use this withdrawal method.

In my opinion This is the best alternative non-paypal users can have. Funds transfer from elance to skrill is free and fund transfer from skrill to your bank account can be done very easily and their charges (fee) are very low.

For example, First I transfer my funds from elance to my skrill account then I transfer my funds from skrill to my bank account and the transfer fee is just 2.26 dollars. This obviously, is very reasonable as compared to fee charged by other withdrawal methods. There are no monthly and account maintenance charges. So in my opinion, Skrill is the best withdrawal method available on elance for international users especially where paypal is not available.
